Terms of Service

1. Nature of Service

RevRecovery provides revenue recovery analysis services. We analyze contracts, invoices, and billing records to identify potential billing discrepancies and revenue recovery opportunities for your business.

Our services are analytical in nature. We do not provide accounting, auditing, legal, tax, or financial advisory services. Our deliverables are analytical reports containing findings and recommendations. You should review all findings with your internal finance team before taking action.

2. Service Tiers and Fees

Revenue Leak Scan: $2,500 USD flat fee, paid before work begins. Non-refundable.

Full Revenue Recovery: 25% of verified recovered revenue, with a $5,000 USD minimum engagement fee. 50% of the fee is due upon delivery of findings; 50% is due net-30 after client confirms recovery action.

Revenue Integrity Monitoring: Monthly subscription starting at $2,000 USD/month, billed monthly in advance. Cancellable with 30 days' notice.

We treat all client documents and business information as confidential. We will execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before accepting any client documents. Client data is used solely for the purpose of performing the requested analysis.

5. Data Handling

Client documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are deleted within 30 days of engagement completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our analysis identifies potential discrepancies based on the documents provided. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of findings. Our maximum liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

RevRecovery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our findings.

RevRecovery does not provide accounting, auditing, legal, tax, investment, or financial advisory services. Our services are not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice. We do not hold ourselves out as Chartered Professional Accountants or any other licensed professionals.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
