Client documents: Contracts, invoices, rate cards, and billing records you upload for analysis.
Payment information: Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our systems.

Data Security
All client documents are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to client data is restricted to personnel directly involved in your engagement. We execute a mutual NDA before accepting any client documents.
Data Retention
Client documents are deleted within 30 days of engagement completion unless you request otherwise in writing. Contact and business information is retained for ongoing business communications and may be deleted upon request.
